Adam Pritchard

My role is quite diverse, typically, I lead our event cooks, research & test out new recipes/items for our menu. I also procure all of our Ingredients from our suppliers ensuring we take stock of the highest quality local produce. I built our original smoker making it bespoke and keeping the best features we need for our cooks.
